Job Summary

Senior Brand Marketing Manager at CALPAK who shapes and executes the holistic brand strategy across social, PR, influencer partnerships, events, and retail activations. Leads cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive, brand-first storytelling aligned with voice and visual identity; oversees external partners and agency relationships; owns the annual brand calendar, social content strategy, and measurement of brand and campaign performance; drives awareness, consideration, and long-term brand equity while collaborating with Creative, Social, Acquisition, and Retention teams to scale brand presence across channels and communities.

Required Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of experience in brand marketing, PR, influencer, or integrated marketing
  • Proven experience developing and executing brand strategies across multiple channels
  • Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams
  • Background in DTC, retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands strongly preferred
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into execution
  • Excellent storytelling and brand messaging capabilities
  • Deep understanding of the evolving media, influencer, and cultural landscape
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring brand and campaign performance
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
