Job Summary
Shape and deliver the long-term growth strategy for the Frylight brand and the wider Oils portfolio by developing insight-led 1-3 year brand plans that drive sustainable business growth. Take ownership of brand performance, financial delivery, A&P investment, and forecasting while leading integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, influencer, and traditional channels. Collaborate closely with Commercial, Shopper Marketing, Category, and Innovation teams to unlock growth opportunities and manage agency partners for best-in-class creative and media execution. Monitor market and financial performance to identify opportunities and proactively manage risks, championing product quality and ensuring brand consistency across every consumer touchpoint. This initial 3-month contract is based at the Weybridge office with flexibility for up to one day of remote work, requiring a minimum of four onsite days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Proven FMCG marketing experience operating at Senior Brand Manager level or above
- A successful track record of building brands and delivering commercial growth through strategic marketing initiatives
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and business performance
- Experience developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- A passion for brands, consumers and the food category, coupled with a desire to continuously learn and improve
- Candidates must be able to work onsite a minimum of four days per week
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
