Job Summary
Senior Brand Manager responsible for brand strategy, private label development, and category differentiation within merchandising; drive consumer insights, market research, and product strategy to strengthen category identity, customer loyalty, and brand perception. Collaborates with Marketing on packaging and seasonal campaigns, supports in-store presentation and vendor negotiations, tracks brand KPIs, and guides cross-functional teams (Store Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, Compliance) to execute merchandising initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or related field
- 6 - 10 years of experience in brand management, product strategy, or category leadership within retail or consumer packaged goods
- Experience in private label programs and shopper-focused branding
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong negotiation skills with suppliers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred
