Job Summary
Evolve the visual and verbal identity of Topps.com, from type and tone to layout, motion, and logo use. Own digital brand guidelines and translate product features into compelling stories for feature launches, go-to-market campaigns, and lifecycle marketing efforts. Create campaign toolkits including launch pages, social content, and event assets while partnering with Product Marketing and Growth teams. Design brand-forward surfaces for the marketing site, blog, and careers page, and develop B2B materials for sales and partner enablement. Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and E-Commerce to deliver creative solutions that drive engagement and sales, championing consistency across the digital ecosystem while experimenting with new design approaches.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in design and creative direction, with a focus on consumer-facing digital experiences
- 3+ years leading and mentoring creative teams
- Strong track record in digital brand building and commerce-driven creative
- Experience developing and scaling brand architecture and design systems
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional leaders and influence executive stakeholders
- Expertise across integrated design, spanning digital, web, campaign, and experiential work
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools

- A portfolio showcasing digital brand, e-commerce, and web design work
- Experience in sports, entertainment, or consumer lifestyle brands
