Job Summary
Senior Brand Designer to own and elevate Prove’s brand at a pivotal growth moment. This role is strategic and hands-on, shaping long-term brand vision across campaigns, product storytelling, digital experiences, and systems, while leading execution for events, landing pages, emails, and digital ads. Collaborate with Marketing to bring the Prove brand to life, advocate for creative quality, and own the brand’s aesthetic and emotional identity. Contribute to building and governance of design systems and AI-enabled workflows, focusing on scalable patterns and self-service experiences. Requires 4+ years of applied design experience with a strong portfolio, ability to translate ambiguity into clear creative direction, proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and experience across web and mobile design, digital ads, and campaigns. Remote-friendly role in the US with a focus on East Coast preferences.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of applied design experience in print/experiential, campaigns, digital/web design, and design systems
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand vision, integrated campaigns, and systems
- Ability to translate ambiguity into clarity and align creative work to business impact
- Excellent foundation of visual design principles (layout, typography, color, hierarchy)
- Strong experience in Figma, contributing to design systems, creating new components and variants
- Experience designing for digital channels such as web design, digital ads, social ads, banner ads
- Proficient in UX/UI principles with a demonstrated ability to apply them effectively across web and mobile design
- Skilled in attention to detail with a pixel-perfect design approach and a strong focus on systematic thinking
- Experienced in collaborating closely with engineers on website development and implementation
- Experience and interest in using AI to drive innovation and experimentation and brand governance
- Experience in Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
