Job Summary
Senior Brand Designer at Parafin owns the company’s visual identity across website, social, blog, paid ads, video, events, and more; develop and scale the brand system, templates, and components; design, build, and maintain website assets with marketing and engineering collaboration; art-direct and produce video and motion content; collaborate with product design to ensure visuals reflect the user experience; create event and office materials; proactively identify opportunities to improve brand presence. Requires 6+ years of experience in brand design, proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and ability to lead or contribute to brand strategy and rollout. Fintech/B2B SaaS brand design experience preferred; remote-friendly with work-from-home flexibility; salary range $180k–$220k; equity and benefits provided.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of visual/brand design experience
- Experience owning a visual identity end-to-end
- Experience leading or contributing to a rebrand or brand refresh
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Motion design or animation skills (After Effects, Lottie) a plus
- Autonomous with strong communication and ability to defend creative decisions
