Job Summary
Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) at Wells Fargo in Thorndale, PA, responsible for proactively acquiring affluent consumer and business customers, deepening relationships, and delivering tailored banking and credit strategies across deposits, lending, and investments. Leads discovery-driven conversations to understand customer goals, partners with Wealth/Home Lending/Business Banking teams to deliver integrated solutions, mentors peers, and ensures risk and compliance through accurate documentation and strong internal collaboration. The role emphasizes relationship management, proactive outreach, and the ability to translate customer goals into comprehensive financial strategies while meeting licensing and regulatory requirements for FINRA exams and state insurance licenses.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams (or FINRA recognized equivalents) sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration
- State Insurance license(s)
- Ability to work a schedule that will include most Saturdays
