Job Summary
Senior Branch Premier Banker at Wells Fargo in Newtown, PA, serving affluent customers with complex financial needs. Proactively acquire new affluent clients while deepening relationships, delivering tailored banking and credit strategies across deposits, lending, and investments, and partnering with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking teams to provide integrated multi-product solutions. Responsibilities include leading discovery-driven conversations to understand goals, advising on life-stage needs, coordinating warm introductions, driving digital adoption, and maintaining risk and regulatory compliance through accurate documentation and timely issue escalation. Licensing requirements include FINRA Series 6 and 63 (and SIE), plus state insurance licenses; role is a temporary LP position until licensing is completed with transition to the licensed role. Strong relationship management, persuasion, and collaboration skills are essential, as well as adherence to Wells Fargo risk and compliance programs.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of customer service experience (or equivalent)
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams (or FINRA recognized equivalents) sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration
- State Insurance license(s)
- Ability to work a schedule that will include most Saturdays
- Demonstrated ability to source, acquire, and deepen relationships; management of a book-of-business; planning conversations; and consistent follow-through
