Job Summary
Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) at Wells Fargo drives growth by proactively acquiring new affluent customers and deepening existing relationships through strategic outreach, pre-planned appointments, and proactive engagement. The role delivers tailored banking and credit strategies across deposits, lending, and investments, serving as the primary financial partner with ongoing reviews across life stages and evolving financial needs. It requires partnering with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking professionals to provide integrated, multi‐product solutions, championing digital adoption, and maintaining risk excellence through accurate documentation and compliance. The position emphasizes building trust, managing a defined book of business, coaching peers, and ensuring exceptional customer experience while meeting licensing requirements (FINRA, SIE as applicable) and regulatory standards; a schedule that includes most Saturdays is expected.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of customer service experience
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams (or FINRA recognized equivalents) sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration
- State Insurance license(s)
- Ability to work a schedule that will include most Saturdays
