Job Summary
Senior Branch Premier Banker role in Boise/Meridian focusing on affluent clients. You will proactively acquire new affluent customers while deepening relationships through outreach and scheduled appointments, lead discovery-driven conversations to tailor banking and credit strategies, and deliver comprehensive multi-product guidance across deposits, lending, and investments. You’ll partner with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking to coordinate cross-functional solutions, drive client retention and growth, and promote digital self-service adoption. The role emphasizes risk excellence, accurate documentation, and adherence to policies; licensing and SAFE registration are required with a pathway to a licensed banker role. The LP/licensing pathway includes completing FINRA exams (6/63, and possibly 65 depending on state) and state insurance licenses within specified timelines. This is a client-facing banking leadership role that requires strong relationship-building, advisory communication, and collaboration to deliver holistic financial strategies while managing complex client needs. The position is based in Boise or Meridian, ID, and requires availability including Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of customer service experience
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams (or equivalents)
- State Insurance licenses (active) and SAFE registration
- Securities/financial services licensing prerequisites including SIE as applicable
- Ability to work a schedule that includes most Saturdays
