Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for member account inquiries, escalations, and financial service needs. Open and maintain consumer, business, and IRA accounts while assisting members with consumer loan applications and follow-up activities. Build deeper member relationships by recommending products aligned with financial goals and resolve concerns promptly. Perform branch operations including cash handling, transaction processing, notary services, and fraud prevention verification. Work on-site at our Westwood, NJ location with a compensation range of $24.36 to $29.58 per hour. This role supports lending activities and requires obtaining a Notary Public license within one year.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of related experience
- Ability to obtain a Notary Public license within one year of accepting the role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and member service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree
- Two to four years of experience in customer service, retail banking, financial services, or a related industry
- Experience opening and servicing consumer deposit accounts
- Experience with consumer lending products and applications
- Cash handling and transaction processing experience
- Bilingual in Spanish
