Job Summary
Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans while conducting functional behavior assessments and analyzing treatment data. Provide supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians, train parents and caregivers on behavioral strategies, and collaborate with speech therapists and mental health clinicians for case conceptualization. Maintain strong communication with families and stakeholders within a multidisciplinary environment. This role supports children and families through evidence-based care in a BHCOE-accredited setting, offering flexible Monday–Friday scheduling and comprehensive benefits including tuition reimbursement and a technology package.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (NC)
