Job Summary
Lead the delivery of high-quality clinical ABA care for clients on your caseload, conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments and developing individualized, data-driven treatment plans. Provide ongoing clinical supervision and coaching to RBTs and support staff, analyze client progress data to maximize outcomes, collaborate with caregivers to support consistent home and community implementation of ABA strategies, and work within a multidisciplinary Bloomwell team to foster an inclusive, high-performing clinical environment. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related field with coursework aligned to BACB requirements
- Active BCBA certification or eligibility to obtain certification, with an anticipated exam date within the next three months
- Current state licensure, where applicable, or the ability to obtain licensure in a timely manner
- Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder and/or related developmental diagnoses
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment
- A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in continuous improvement, innovation, and building something meaningful
