Job Summary
The Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will lead the quality of autism services and agency education initiatives. Responsibilities include administering and supervising behavioral assessment measures, developing individualized goals for programs, designing behavior support plans, and teaching staff to implement behavior programs. The position requires a Master’s degree in a related field, Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification, and significant relevant experience, including management in related services.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education or related field required
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification required
- 7 Years relevant experience in a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible management experience in the field of autism, IDD, education, healthcare or mental health services
- Must have or be willing to obtain a valid New York State Driver’s License
Desired Qualifications
- Doctorate in a related field (preferred)
- License in Behavior Analysis (preferred)
