Job Summary
The Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will lead the quality of autism services, agency education, and partnerships to strengthen supports for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. Key responsibilities include administering and supervising behavioral assessments, developing individualized programs, ensuring data systems are implemented, and training staff on behavior programs. A Master’s degree and BCBA certification are required, along with significant experience in management and relevant fields.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification
- 7 years of relevant experience in a related field
- Minimum of five years of progressively responsible management experience in the field of autism, IDD, education, healthcare or mental health services
- Must have or be willing to obtain a valid New York State Driver’s License
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in autism and developmental disabilities service provision
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in autism
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience in supervising and training staff
