Job Summary
The Senior BCBA will lead the quality of autism services, oversee the implementation of behavioral assessment measures, and conduct staff training in best practices. Responsibilities include developing individualized goals, designing behavior support plans, and supervising staff pursuing board certification. The role requires a Master's degree, BCBA certification, and significant management experience in relevant fields.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education or related field required
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification required
- 7 years relevant experience in a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible management experience in the field of autism, IDD, education, healthcare or mental health services
- Must have or be willing to obtain a valid New York State Driver’s License
Desired Qualifications
- Doctorate in a related field preferred
- Experience in education, healthcare or mental health services
