Job Summary
Senior BCBA/Clinical Excellence Supervisor expected to lead and deliver ABA training and orientation programs, audit and guide clinical staff to uphold Cortica’s whole-child approach, provide direct supervision to therapy clients and Behavior Interventionists, and collaborate with site leadership to maintain high-quality clinical care. Responsibilities include coordinating in-person orientation, training teammates, observing clinicians for quality alignment, developing training needs from clinical data, and delivering monthly supervision to RBTs/BCATs. Must hold a master’s degree, BA/BCBA certification, state licensure as required, and bring 5+ years of leadership experience in ABA with 3+ years in a large-scale or high-growth environment. Compensation ranges from $86,000 to $108,000 plus benefits; additional perks include a continuing education stipend and comprehensive health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, holidays, and referral bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree
- Current BACB BCBA certification
- Licensure in applicable states as required
- 5+ years of experience as a clinical and operational leader in ABA
- 3+ years leadership experience in a high-growth or large-scale organization
