Job Summary
Independently troubleshoot, service, and commission BMS systems in mission-critical environments, diagnosing hardware, software, and networked control issues. Execute service tickets from assignment through full resolution within SLA timelines, performing upgrades, backups, restores, and configuration changes. Install and configure control components like sensors, controllers, and panels while reading control drawings to implement solutions. Ensure 100% documentation accuracy and compliance with site safety protocols across commercial and industrial portfolios. Requires on-call rotation, emergency response, and 90% travel.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of BMS, building automation, or HVAC controls experience
- Proficiency with Tridium Niagara (N4) or equivalent controls systems
- Strong troubleshooting capability across control systems (hardware, software, and networked systems)
- Travel required based on service and project needs (90%)
- Must be able to stand, walk, climb ladders, and work in mechanical spaces
- Must be able to lift tools and equipment (up to ~50 lbs.)
- Must be able to work in confined or high-access environments as needed
- Must be available for on-call rotation and emergency response requirements
