Senior BMC Core Validation Engineer

Job Summary
Senior BMC Core Validation Engineer is responsible for executing and supporting validation activities for BMC firmware, ensuring feature functionality, stability, and quality across development cycles. Collaborates with BMC developers to translate sprint requirements into test cases and validation plans, performs hands-on testing and debugging, and drives defect reporting. Contributes to automation development to improve test coverage and efficiency, including automation code review and maintenance, documentation of test procedures and automation usage, and CL/CI activities. Location: Sanchong, Taiwan (on-site).
Required Qualifications
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar
- 5+ years of industry experience
- Familiarity with BMC Automation
- Python or similar
- Jenkins or Robot Framework
