Job Summary
Join HSA's Blood Resources Division as a Senior/Blood Professional Assistant. You will be the first point of contact for donors at blood collection centers, handling inquiries, booking appointments, and managing feedback. Responsibilities include performing registration duties for donors, conducting haemoglobin testing, and supporting blood collection operations. Candidates with Phlebotomy skills will support blood collection in donation rooms, while those with limited experience will receive training. The role requires team members to be rostered for morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts, and offers comprehensive training and career progression opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum GCE N/O Level and above or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Recognized Phlebotomy skills
- 2 years or more of working experience in similar settings
