Job Summary
Senior Biostatistician at ICON who will design and analyze clinical trials, lead on biostatistics tasks with technical depth, and guide others. Responsibilities include functional leadership of multiple low/moderate complexity studies, problem solving leveraging statistical knowledge, establishing approaches to achieve operational and strategic goals, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support drug development and regulatory submissions. Requires a strong foundation in biostatistics, 5+ years of biostatistical experience, and advanced programming skills (R/SAS). Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related field
- 5 or more years of biostatistical experience
- Experience with SCE/SCS and late development
- R programming
- SAS programming
- Strong knowledge of multiple statistical and therapeutic areas
- Drug development process and statistical programming practices and procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
- Effective communication for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
