Job Summary
Senior Biopharmaceutical Representative responsible for achieving sales targets in the Cardiology territory (Bacau) under a 2-year fixed-term contract. The role requires developing and executing territory POAs and key account plans, delivering product messages, building high-quality customer relationships with hospitals and clinics, maintaining CRM records, managing budgets within POA priorities, and collaborating with Marketing, Medical, and cross-functional teams. The candidate should demonstrate solid product promotional knowledge, selling and presentation skills, understand industry and healthcare trends, identify competitive information, and continuously improve product knowledge and selling skills through training. Fluency in Romanian is required; English is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry or similar is preferred. Salary range provided in local currency (RON); details subject to localization and ongoing compensation review.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a sales-related job
- Good knowledge of and experience in Cardiology Therapeutically Area or Cardio-Metabolic/Diabetology Therapeutically Area
- Analytical thinking and the ability to design and prepare a strategy for a given region and hospital
- Experience with computer systems (CRM databases and MS Office)
- Fluency in Romanian, both in oral and written communication
- Preferred requirements Bachelore22s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry or similar
- Fluency in Romanian and English, both in oral and written communication
- Experience in both Specialties & Primary Care selling environments
- Experience in both specialties Cardiometabolic and Osteoporosis
