Senior Biologist - QC Specialist

Manufacture and test biological materials and standards by following standard operating procedures, work instructions, and controlled documents. Maintain laboratory safety, operations, equipment, and supplies while producing virus cultures and derivative products. Collect, analyze, and report data to ensure meticulous documentation of production batch records in compliance with good laboratory practices. Revise and develop SOPs and work instructions as needed. Provide training and guidance to the team. Work independently to support Virology BioProduction operations, handling challenges in alignment with organizational policies. This role is onsite in Manassas, VA, for a non-profit organization dedicated to critical life science research that improves and saves lives.
