Job Summary
Manage the production of design documentation and Building Information Models (BIM) for structural projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project requirements. Responsibilities include setting up and managing Revit models, producing accurate documentation, facilitating designer interaction, coordinating with project leaders, and addressing project coordination issues. The role requires strong proficiency in Revit and experience in structural modelling, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across teams and maintain project timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Diploma or Diploma in Drafting, Engineering Design, or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge and experience in modelling building structures, with demonstrated skills in modelling reinforced concrete, precast concrete, and structural steel elements
- High proficiency in Revit with strong skills in producing structural documentation for reinforced concrete, precast concrete and structural steel elements
- Ability to adhere to production schedules and deliver accurate documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to work within multiple teams, including offshore support teams
- Ability to balance innovation, quality and technical excellence with project timelines and budget
- High level of self-awareness and ability to maintain a professional image
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and developing technical skills relevant to the discipline
