Job Summary
The Senior BIM Designer is responsible for organizing, assembling, and issuing presentation, design, and construction drawings as well as project documents. Key duties include supporting MEP projects with Revit & AutoCAD, maintaining a collaborative environment, creating AutoCAD files, preparing and managing structural BIM models, developing CAD and BIM standards, and training staff. Successful candidates will have excellent team leadership, communication, and organizational skills along with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years using Revit, CAD, and BIM 360
- Above average skill in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computer trends/technology
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Provide a visual portfolio of work
Desired Qualifications
- Two-year college degree in CAD or drafting studies
- Experience in architecture and/or interiors design practice
- Point cloud scanning/processing
