Senior BIM Specialist

Job Summary
Senior BIM Specialist responsible for developing and maintaining BIM models for structural/infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with project standards and BIM Execution Plans, performing model coordination and clash detection, supporting CDE workflows, delivering BIM deliverables and model data to project teams, and providing technical guidance to junior BIM team members. Requires extensive hands-on BIM experience (Revit, BIM 360/ACC, Dynamo, AutoCAD), strong QA/QC and BIM standards knowledge, and the ability to manage complex modelling tasks within project schedules. Prefer experience on major bridges, tunnels, and pump stations, with BIM certification advantageous; Civil 3D knowledge is a plus. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent and a proven track record in design/officem environments.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of BIM modelling experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Revit, BIM 360/ACC, Dynamo, and AutoCAD
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Strong understanding of BIM standards, QA/QC processes and CDE workflows (e.g. ProjectWise)
- Ability to manage complex modelling tasks and deliver within project schedules
