Job Summary
Develop and maintain detailed digital models using BIM software to support project delivery, coordination, quality, and compliance requirements. Lead the preparation, review, and execution of BIM implementation and management plans at program and project levels, while providing input to task leads for baseline schedules. Perform quality reviews and audits to ensure model integrity, prepare assurance reports, and assist in developing BIM Execution Plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective model coordination, respond to technical queries, and provide mentoring to junior team members. Support project leadership and engineering teams on digital delivery practices and training initiatives. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years of BIM experience, and proficiency in platforms like Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in BIM, digital engineering, design technology, or related fields
- Advanced proficiency in BIM software, digital engineering workflows, and model management practices
- Strong understanding of BIM principles, standards, model development, and digital project delivery requirements
- Experience with Common Data Environments (CDEs) and digital collaboration platforms
- Strong knowledge of BIM and CDE systems such as ProjectWise, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), or similar platforms
- Understanding of Task Information Delivery Plans (TIDP) and Master Information Delivery Plans (MIDP)
- Experience developing and managing BIM content, including families, parametric components, libraries, catalogues, and assemblies
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes related to BIM deliverables
- Strong understanding of hardware and software requirements supporting BIM and CAD environments
- Ability to generate reports, monitor KPIs, and support digital delivery performance tracking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support to project teams

- Experience on large-scale infrastructure, transportation, rail, or multidisciplinary projects
- Knowledge of digital delivery standards and industry best practices
