Job Summary
Senior BIM Coordinator leads BIM execution and coordination across multi-discipline teams on large projects, manages BIM implementation and model structure, coordinates with internal and external partners, and mentors junior staff. Responsibilities include leading project BIM deliverables, QA/QC of engineering drawings, maintaining BIM Execution Plans, setup and maintenance of AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks models, facilitating BIM kickoff meetings, contributing to BIM process improvements, and supporting Level of Development requirements. Requires associate degree or equivalent, 6+ years in BIM/digital delivery, coordination/leadership experience, and willingness to travel. Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam BIM 360/ACC, and related tools is desired.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years of AEC industry experience with BIM or digital delivery responsibilities
- Must have experience in a coordination or leadership role
- Demonstrated success supporting BIM or digital delivery on complex or multi-discipline projects
- Willingness to travel as needed
