Job Summary
Senior BIM Coordinator to support Graham’s Infrastructure Division. Coordinate and manage BIM models using Revit and Navisworks, including model setup, federation, exports, and as-built documentation; perform clash detection, generate reports, and support coordination meetings; maintain the BIM Execution Plan and ensure alignment with project goals; support adoption of Digital Construction Technologies and provide guidance/training as needed; act as a communication link between project stakeholders by identifying risks and providing data for informed decisions. Based in Toronto with full-time employment; competitive salary with vacation and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of progressive experience in BIM/VDC on construction projects
- degree or diploma in Building Technology, Engineering, Architecture, or Construction (preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Revit and Navisworks
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office
- Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM360), Revizto, Synchro, and Primavera P6 is an asset
