Senior BIM Coordinator - Digital (Data Centers)

Job Summary
Develop BIM implementation strategies and execute digital delivery for complex international data center projects in Bogotá. Administer the Common Data Environment, manage multi-stakeholder workflows, and establish industry framework documents including BEPs and MIDPs. Create data-integrated workflows for civil projects while providing guidance and training to multidisciplinary teams. Oversee smart object content production and deploy Autodesk Content Catalog tools to standardize collaboration. Ensure BEP compliance through systematic model checks, monitor KPIs, and produce regular quality assurance reports. Coordinate BIM execution with project leadership and serve as an ambassador for global group disciplines.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related discipline
- 6+ years of industry experience in the BIM and Digital Delivery field
- Must have previous formal multidiscipline BIM Manager/Coordinator role on Buildings projects
- Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 19650 framework and related BIM standards
- Experience managing and delivering project information on multidisciplinary Buildings projects with geographically dispersed teams
- Experience delivering BIM data from Buildings design and BIM software Revit and/or Civil 3D
- Experience working and administering a Common Data Environment such as ACC
- Experience executing multi-discipline coordination, clash detection and issue management
- Advanced user of any of the following: Autodesk Navisworks, Revizto, ACC Model Coordination
- Experience with AIT and/or AVT
- Strong background in technical production of 3D and 2D model deliverables for Buildings projects
- Demonstratable a portfolio of BIM for Buildings/Data Center projects
- International experience working with global project teams
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Team player and mentor
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Must be able to attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location
Desired Qualifications
- Visual programming – preferred, working knowledge of Dynamo
- 10+ years of industry experience in the BIM and Digital Delivery field
- Must have previous formal multidiscipline BIM Manager/Coordinator role on Buildings projects
