Job Summary
Senior BIM Coordinator needed to draft, convert, produce, and edit CAD/BIM outputs; collaborate with project engineers across multiple market sectors; ensure BIM/CAD model accuracy and alignment with standards; drive digital design innovation; manage BIM documentation (BEPs, templates, QA/QC); participate in BIM team recruitment; set up MEP Revit models per AMA/CMTA standards; work on-site at New York, NY or El Segundo, CA offices; salary $80k-$95k; on-site with benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) or related fields
- 5-7 years of BIM-related experience using Revit and AutoCAD
- Advanced proficiency in BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks)
- Experience with parametric design and coding in Revit Dynamo Script
- Experience with an architectural/engineering or engineering consulting firm
- Strong understanding of BIM industry standards, codes, and regulations
- Ability to develop 3-D Revit MEP models from architectural Revit models and AutoCAD drawings
- Proficiency with BIM 360 or similar data management/collaboration tools
- Knowledge of energy modeling tools such as IES VE
- Ability to work with multi-discipline project teams
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000
