Job Summary
Senior Billing Specialist responsible for facilitating the timely preparation, processing and distribution of all invoices, managing inquiries from clients and internal partners, ensuring data input accuracy and compliance with GAAP and SOX controls, assisting with month-end close, developing and updating billing policies, and training new staff. Requires strong written and verbal communication, Excel proficiency, and experience with Workday or other ERP systems; role emphasizes collaboration with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely billing and fiduciary responsibility.
Required Qualifications
- Four+ years of recent billing experience or related experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office notably Excel
- Strong Organizational skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Multitasking capability
- Ability to work under pressure/deadline driven environment
