Job Summary
Coordinate billing requirements for partners, secretaries, and clients by preparing, producing, and finalizing invoices while maintaining accurate phase, task, and billing codes. Manage electronic billing functions including transmitting bills, updating client details with vendors, and resolving billing-related issues. Produce ad hoc reports, assist with billing overflow, and support collections staff in processing adjustments and verifying account balances. Respond promptly to client accounting inquiries and maintain matter information. Requires 3-5 years of professional services experience with law firm billing, proficiency in MS Office and Excel, and experience with eBilling platforms. Overtime eligible.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience working in a professional services environment
- Experience with financial/billing software packages
- Experience with Finance/Accounting organizational operations
- Ability to handle a high volume of tasks while maintaining attention to detail and prioritizing as necessary
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Overtime Eligibility: Yes
