Job Summary
Senior Bilingual Client Service Representative (English/French) providing end-to-end support to Financial Advisors and Investors. Take primary responsibility for handling account, transactional, procedural and product queries primarily over the phone, resolving requests, and interfacing with internal teams as needed in both English and French. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AGF products, services, policies, and procedures to deliver accurate information, build positive client rapport, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Role requires a hybrid work arrangement with 2 days per week at the downtown Toronto office and 3 days remote, with shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM, Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education completed
- Preferably Canadian Securities Course and/or applicable IFIC courses
- 3+ years of experience in a contact centre role in financial services or fund company distribution via financial advisors
- Excellent communication skills in English and French (spoken and written)
- Ability to navigate multiple computer applications and multitask
- Self-starter with a customer-service orientation
- Ability to work rotating shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM, Monday to Friday
