Job Summary
Senior Bilingual Client Service Representative (English/French) provides primary phone support to financial advisors and investors, resolving account, transactional, procedural, and product queries in English and French. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of AGF products and policies, builds positive rapport with clients, and participates in a collaborative team environment. The role requires rotating shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM, Monday to Friday, with remote work three days per week and two days in the downtown Toronto office. A post-secondary education is required, with preference for the Canadian Securities Course and/or IFIC courses.{
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education completed
- Prefer Canadian Securities Course and/or applicable IFIC courses
- 3+ years of experience in a contact centre role with a financial services company or fund company
- Excellent communication skills in English and French
- Ability to navigate between different computer applications and multitask
- Ability to problem solve and work well under pressure
