Job Summary
Senior Bidding Officer role focusing on market research to identify opportunities, collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop compelling bid proposals, risk assessment, and stakeholder relationship management to secure contracts. Requires bilingual Arabic and English writing, strong MS Office/Project/SharePoint skills, and proven proposal management experience; duties include ensuring proposals communicate Tarjama&’s value proposition and maintaining accurate records of bid opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, business administration, Business Economics, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in proposal development and project management
- Proven writing and editing skills for proposal content
- Proven ability to deliver driven results and accountability of business needs
- Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities
- Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Knowledge of project management and risk management
