Senior Bid Manager

Lead the bid process at Thales Tubize: manage bid development, analyze bid requirements, prepare the Bid Plan, and implement winning responses aligned with business segment strategy. Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders and partners, assessing risks and opportunities, defining pricing and project baselines, consolidating costs and milestones, and ensuring a successful transition to the project team. Requires strong bid-management experience in high-tech, ability to lead cross-functional teams, customer- and quality-oriented mindset, finance literacy, and multilingual business communication (French, Dutch, English). Educational background includes Civil or industrial engineer, Master Degree, MBA or equivalent by experience. Language proficiency in French, Dutch and English is required for professional use.
