Job Summary
Senior Bid Manager to lead complex bid and proposal processes from start to finish across IT, security, and digital infrastructure. Responsibilities include analyzing RFP/RFT documentation to identify requirements, risks, and opportunities; coordinating cross-functional teams (sales, solution, delivery, legal, security, finance) to ensure smooth collaboration; managing information security and regulatory requirements; contributing to go/no-go decisions, pricing, risk assessments, and overall strategy; writing clear, high-quality proposal content; supporting negotiations and clarifications; reviewing and adapting contractual terms; and helping develop processes, templates, and best practices. Strong preference for experience in information security, cybersecurity, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA, GDPR). The role emphasizes structure, clarity, and business understanding, with a focus on customer-centric proposals in IT, telecom, cybersecurity, managed services, cloud, networking, or the public sector.
