Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for financial performance, KPIs, and operational metrics using advanced DAX. Architect and govern complex Excel-based financial models with Power Query and Power Pivot to ensure data integrity and scalability. Apply T-SQL skills to query and transform data from relational databases, while visualizing large datasets to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations to the Head of Finance and cross-functional teams. Lead the research and implementation of AI tools for advanced data visualization and predictive analytics. Automate data extraction from Jira into Power BI for daily monitoring and invoicing support. Serve as a strategic partner for forecasting models and long-range organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- At least 7 years of professional experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or Specialist
- ideally with strong exposure to financial data and reporting
- Proven, hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI
- Strong experience working with diverse and complex data sources
- advanced proficiency in Excel
- Power Query
- Power Pivot
- Practical experience working with Jira
- familiarity with ERP and/or CRM systems
- Solid ability to analyze large and complex datasets
- identify key insights, trends, and anomalies
- translate them into clear, actionable recommendations
- Proven capability to communicate analytical findings with executive-level clarity and influence
- Proficiency in SQL
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- German language skills
