Job Summary
Manage end-to-end delivery of reporting solutions across NIQ data sources, independently analyzing trends to drive decision-making and optimize client value. Partner with customers to set objectives, consult on BI tool usage, and identify process improvements while nurturing leads, performing needs assessments, and refining proposals. Collaborate with leadership on new product development and assist with cross-functional deployment and transformation initiatives. Work independently to deliver innovative reporting solutions and participate in developing best-in-class examples.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of relevant work experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in at least one of the following data visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, Micro Strategy or similar
- Previous experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven track record of successfully delivering innovative reporting solutions
- Familiarity with applying deductive reasoning, understanding hierarchical relationships and identifying gaps in logic
- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently
- Past experience working with offshore associates a huge plus
