Job Summary
Coach and mentor teams on modern BI, semantic modeling, and AI readiness while contributing to practice growth through IP creation, accelerators, and pre-sales support. Drive end-to-end ownership of BI architecture, guiding design decisions from data ingestion to performance optimization and partnering with business, data engineering, and cloud teams. Lead enterprise-scale BI modernization and transformation programs, including cloud BI transformations, AI-enabled semantic layer implementations, and executive decision platforms. Manage multiple programs and priorities within distributed global teams, navigating ambiguity and stakeholder conversations to enforce best practices and influence analytics strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Sr Power BI Architect
- 15+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Platforms
- Significant experience leading enterprise-scale BI modernization and transformation programs
- Demonstrated ownership of semantic layers, metric governance, and BI architecture
- Proven experience with Power BI, Tableau, and Looker in large-scale deployments
- Experience working across multiple industries and complex enterprise environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong executive articulation
- Structured, outcome-oriented, and process-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working with distributed global teams
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage difficult stakeholder conversations
- Strong inclination toward thought leadership, innovation, and capability building
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data, Analytics, or a related field
