Job Summary

Leverage AI strategically for analysis, conceptualization, and content creation across complex topics. Bring five years of experience in corporate communication or editorial consulting, demonstrating strong analytical skills and the ability to manage high-stakes mandates from brief to implementation. Collaborate within an agile culture to shape internal processes and client engagements, utilizing up to 50% remote work and up to 20 days abroad.
Required Qualifications
- Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Unternehmenskommunikation, Kommunikationsberatung oder Redaktion
- Erfahrung in der strategischen Beratung und Steuerung anspruchsvoller Kundenprojekte

- Hohe redaktionelle Kompetenz und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte schnell zu erfassen und überzeugend aufzubereiten
- Interesse an der Analyse von Organisationen: wie Entscheidungen entstehen, warum Projekte scheitern, wie man Menschen aktiviert
- Erfahrung im praktischen Einsatz von KI im Arbeitsalltag
- Analytische Stärke, Qualitätsbewusstsein und Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Teamgeist, Empathie und die Fähigkeit, vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu Kunden und Kolleg*innen aufzubauen
