Job Summary
Administer health and welfare plans, manage the Healthy Hillman program, and lead benefit-related projects while maintaining vendor relationships. Serve as plan administrator by reviewing processes to ensure functionality, communicating changes to stakeholders, and complying with federal regulations including 5500 filings and ACA audits. Coordinate benefit awareness efforts through partnerships with L&D and HRBPs, participate in annual open enrollment, and support mergers and acquisitions through data collection and site visits. Develop messaging for wellness initiatives and research emerging trends to improve offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Greater than four (4) years of relevant human resources generalist experience
- minimum two (2) years of benefits program administration
Desired Qualifications
- Previous work experience with cost and trend analysis
- Large enterprise system experience, i.e. Dayforce, SAP, Oracle, or Workday
- Presentation development and public speaking experience
