Job Summary
Senior Benefits Principal Consultant to bridge the gap between business and technical teams on Workday implementations. Provides expert Workday design, configuration, testing, and implementation guidance; mentors consultants; leads design sessions and configuration decisions aligned with client business requirements; supports clients through all phases of the project from legacy systems to Workday HCM; demonstrates hands-on expertise with data loading, tenant-to-tenant data movement, and configuring business processes and security; leverages data-conversion templates via iLoads; drives project direction and collaboration across workstreams; participates in update trainings and internal knowledge sharing; responsible for multi-task execution under limited direction and proactive client/status updates; willingness to take leadership roles on projects or as Delivery Assurance Reviewer.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent
- 4+ years of Workday functional implementation experience
- Workday Certification in Workday Benefits or HCM preferred
- 5 years Human Resources, Benefits, or Financial software experience required
- 5 years implementing functional solutions with ERP or SaaS software required
- Experience gathering business requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
- Demonstrated functional experience in Human Resources, Benefits, or Financials Management
