Job Summary
Senior Benefits and Compensation Analyst focused on benefits program administration, ACA compliance, COBRA, and leave administration, serving as the main point of contact for health and welfare plans and open enrollment. Opportunity to gain exposure to compensation work including salary administration, incentive programs, position grading, and compensation analysis. Oversees HRIS activities (training, reporting, testing, documentation) and PTO accruals, vendor file interfaces, and benefit enrollments. Highly visible role reporting to the Head of Benefits & Compensation, with potential to lead special projects and supervise one coordinator. NYC-based, hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office).
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of benefits experience
- Strong HRIS knowledge (Workday preferred)
- Excel proficiency
- Experience with ACA compliance, COBRA, FMLA, and Disability leave
- Open enrollment experience
- Salary administration and compensation analysis familiarity
