Job Summary
As a Senior Benefits Analyst on the Total Rewards team, you will manage the administration of employee benefits across the UK and EMEA, ensuring compliance and strong vendor management. Responsibilities include overseeing benefits programs, coordinating with external consultants, developing communication materials, ensuring compliance with local regulations, analyzing benefits data for insights, and participating in projects related to benefits harmonization. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills, expertise in Excel and Workday, and a proactive approach to project management.
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills.
- Proficient in Excel and Workday, with particular expertise in managing benefits within Workday.
