Job Summary
Senior Benefits Analyst overseeing LATAM regional benefit design, annual renewals, and vendor management. Responsibilities include supporting regional benefit design strategy, reviewing country-specific plans, leveraging vendor reports, driving design recommendations, assisting with annual contract renewals and vendor negotiations, tracking performance against SLAs, maintaining executive dashboards and compliance metrics, reporting on program effectiveness and utilization, and drafting clear employee communications in collaboration with Benefits Center of Excellence, Total Rewards, and local HR teams. Ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in LATAM benefits with data analysis focus, experience aggregating complex data sets and plan documents, familiarity with Workday and ServiceNow, strong negotiation and influencing skills in a matrixed multinational environment, and professional fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese highly desirable).
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of progressive LATAM benefits experience
- Strong knowledge of aggregating and analyzing complex data sets, census files, and plan documents
- Practical knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow
- Strong analytical, negotiation support, and influencing skills
- English and Spanish language proficiency; Portuguese desirable
