Job Summary
Senior Benefits Analyst responsible for leading benefits harmonization during Europe-wide M&A, conducting market benchmarking, and managing vendor/broker relationships. Acts as strategic adviser to regional People Leadership, drives compliance with regulatory requirements, improves benefits communications and training, supports system and process improvements, and provides expertise on compensation and benefits topics with a regional focus. Requires strong analytical skills, experience with benefits valuation, survey methods, and vendor management; Workday knowledge a plus; English fluency required.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in compensation and benefits with regional focus
- Demonstrated experience supporting or leading benefits harmonization activities within M&A projects
- Strong background in vendor, broker, and insurance contract management and negotiations
- Experience in major survey methods, job evaluation methodologies, and benefits valuation models
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, proficient in Excel
- Project management experience with a structured, detail-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to adapt benefits messages to regional audiences
- Workday knowledge is a plus
- Fluency in English
- University degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent
