Job Summary
Senior Benefits Analyst responsible for delivery and management of global employee benefits programs (healthcare, life insurance, disability, retirement, leave) across EMEA, UK, APAC, LATAM, and Canada; support renewal cycles, data submissions, budgeting/forecasting, enrolment coordination, communications, and stakeholder collaboration; develop resources, communicate benefits and wellbeing options, respond to inquiries, and partner with brokers/internal teams; requires 5+ years in benefits/total rewards and 3+ years in benefits administration, with strong knowledge of global benefits and UK/EMEA regulations; hybrid role with three days in London office.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Benefits and/or Total Rewards
- 3+ years of experience in benefits administration
- strong knowledge of global benefits plans and programs
- experience with EMEA and UK
- proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to maintain confidentiality
