Senior Benefits Analyst

Execute daily operations for Cambium's employee benefits programs, with primary focus on leave of absence administration while supporting health, welfare, and wellbeing initiatives. Manage system configuration, testing, and validation across Workday and vendor platforms to ensure accuracy during open enrollment and plan changes. Serve as the point of contact for employees and managers, interpreting policies to determine eligibility for FMLA, short-term disability, and state leave, then guiding them through claim initiation and resolution. Investigate complex issues, coordinate with third-party administrators and legal partners, and proactively address discrepancies before they impact staff. Update internal documentation and FAQs based on inquiry trends to maintain clear, consistent communications.
